Today the chain lives in a spreadsheet
A Proof of Sustainability carries 52 fields. A Sustainability Declaration carries 57. They arrive as PDFs, and as spreadsheets where every tab is a different document. Today they are checked on paper and retyped by hand.
The chain of custody lives somewhere else entirely: which batch became which, and how much volume went where. In an ISCC audit, that is the part that has to add up. A typo in a GHG field is not a typo, it is a compliance finding.

Four steps, and none of them is a spreadsheet

Upload
PDF or Excel, one file or many. A seven-tab spreadsheet becomes seven documents.

Extract
The system tells a PoS from an SD and reads the form into the sections it already has.

Review
The file sits next to the fields. A person confirms every value, and gaps stay visible.

Register
The document becomes immutable, links to the batch it came from, and the balance has to close.
The document never leaves the screen
Fields on one side, the original file on the other, grouped into the same sections the ISCC form uses. What the parser could not find stays on the list, marked, so the gap is something you decide about instead of something you miss.

From the mill to the ship
Each document links to the ones it derives from, and every link carries the quantity it allocates. The last one is the Fuel Lifecycle Label: the document that goes to the vessel, with the receiving ship's IMO number and the bunker delivery note.

One batch, two destinations, and it still adds up
A trader splits an incoming batch across two legal entities. The database refuses the link the moment the children exceed the parent.

Volume closes exactly. Energy differs by 14 MJ, or 0.00003 %, from rounding the smaller leg. Which is the point: the rule carries a tolerance, not an equality.

PDF and Excel go in; the fields of the ISCC form come out, ordered by section and never retyped.
Side-by-side review
The original document stays on screen next to the field. No switching windows to check a number.
Batch and multi-tab upload
A spreadsheet where every tab is a different document is processed in one go.
ISCC certificate check
The certificate number printed on the document is checked against the official ISCC hub, and the PDF is kept.
Chain of custody
Parent-to-child links carry the allocated quantity, and the mass balance is enforced by the database itself.
Fuel Lifecycle Label
The FLL is generated from registered PoS. Blend table, energy, LCV and GHG are computed, never typed.
